Q: What exactly is it that you do, and what benefits can your clients expect to gain from working with you?
Toby: “I am a specialist meditation coach who helps people to develop their peace of mind and mental focus through a special form of meditation the Focused Awareness System.
My service empowers clients to take control of their life by understanding and taking control of their minds. My method of coaching focuses first on developing a calm, spacious and focused mental state and then filling that calm, focused space with positive, helpful and life-enhancing thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I have over fourteen years of experience in teaching meditation. The techniques and approach that I use are non-denominational, and can be integrated and applied equally easily by anyone from any religious or secular background.
You can also explain and share the meditation techniques that you learn with your family, friends and colleges, so what you learn with me you can use to benefit others as well!”
