In a day and age when we find ourselves surrounded by multiple forms of stress despite the material advances of humankind, more and more people are turning to meditation as a way of becoming more mentally powerful, present and relaxed.

Meditation is a method for developing inner power, peace, happiness and health in our life by learning to focus our mind and clear away distracting thoughts.

This workshop aims to help you develop a personal meditation practice with confidence. It will introduce you to three easy to learn meditations specifically designed to help you begin developing your mental focus and clarity.

You will receive:

  • A workbook giving full details of the contents of the workshop
  • An MP3 recording of the workshop including the meditations that are done so that you can practice them with the aid of a guiding voice in your own time
  • Three “five minute meditation” MP3 recordings to help you integrate short mini-meditations into your routine when you don’t have much time
